Memory for decisions that must remain defensible.
In regulated and high-consequence environments, an accurate answer is only part of the requirement. Enterprises must increasingly be able to establish:
- what information informed the decision
- what previous decisions influenced it
- which policies or rules were applicable at the time
- whether the information was current
- whether the resulting outcome was verified
- whether previous failures changed subsequent behaviour
- whether the organisation can reproduce the decision trail
Traditional logging captures events. TEZERA preserves decision memory.
From audit logs to decision lineage.
- Decision
- Evidence
- Memory
- Verification
- Outcome
- Learning
- Future influence
This allows the organisation to move from observing AI behaviour towards understanding how organisational experience affected that behaviour.
A worked example.
Without TEZERA
The agent retrieves policy and relevant transaction data. The model produces a recommendation. The interaction is logged.
Later, the enterprise may struggle to establish whether a previous failure influenced the recommendation, whether a known exception was remembered, whether a human correction persisted, or whether behaviour drifted over time.
With TEZERA
The query enters the enterprise memory layer. Relevant policy, prior decisions, exceptions and verified outcomes are retrieved. A verifier evaluates the relevant constraints.
The decision, memory pathway, verification and human review are recorded. Verified success can strengthen the pathway; verified failure can suppress it. And the enterprise can replay why.
The next decision begins where the organisation's previous learning ended.
Regulated financial services first.
TEZERA is being developed first for regulated financial services, where decisions must remain defensible long after they were made.
